1/ You receive a French delivery address in Paris, as many retailers do not ship overseas.

When you are interested to buy an item, you contact us. We give you a real French street address, which allows you to receive items from any French retailer.

2/ You purchase the item and you inform us by email about this purchase. You pay for the shipping fees to our office located in Paris in France; the shipping is sometimes free, depending on the retailer where you buy your item

3/ Your package arrives at our office. We send you an email notification to inform you about the date your package was received and the approximate weight of your package.

You wil be required to pay  for the shipping fees to ship your package from your French address to your private address worldwide. The cost of shipment is based on the size and the weight of your package, and the speed of transit wished. According to that, we estimate approximately the international shipping fees.

4/ You will be required to pay, by the wire transfer of funds to our French bank account or by credit card through Paypal, the international shipping costs and our personal shopping service fees of 10 euros.

Shopping service fees are not refundable.

In the case you do not pay shipping costs and/or shopping service fees, we are entitled to keep your purchases. You have 30 days to fullfill this payments' obligation.

It’s not possible to return the merchandise or to get a refund.
